CoupleMoney ("the app", "we", "us") is a shared ledger and schedule app for couples. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CoupleMoney, you agree to the practices described below.

| Content you create | Nickname, transaction records (amounts, memos, categories, dates), schedule/calendar events, and category names you add. |
| Usage data | We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, such as which screens are viewed and which features are used, to help us improve the app. |
CoupleMoney does not connect to your bank account, card, or any financial institution. All amounts and records are entered manually by you.
Your ledger and schedule entries are visible only to you and the partner you connect with using a couple invite code. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices, and only as needed to operate CoupleMoney.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), protected by authentication and access rules that restrict your data to your account and your connected partner. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard practices to protect your information.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal account information and cannot be undone. Shared ledger and schedule entries remain available to your connected partner, since they belong to your shared records together — deleting your account removes only your access and personal identity from them.
CoupleMoney is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
